November was here and gone before we knew it

We did manage to get in some family activities and of course Thanksgiving :)

Evan’s personality is really starting to come out; he is hilarious and very insightful. He often is able to make situational humor based only on his observations and perception of others observations.  That’s pretty impressive for adults, to have that high level of emotional intelligence, but Evan is 2 (almost 3:)) Cute jokes like Mom: “Evan time to go to sleep” Evan: Fake snoring with eyes wide open Mom: “Evan be quiet please” Evan covers his mouth with both hands, fighting a smile, while he continues to fake snore Mom: “Evan please stop fake snoring” Evan: “Shhhh Mom I’m trying to go to sweep” then big laughs from Evan and all of us. Who knows maybe all kids do it? Probably not he’s a genius but im biased I suppose. He has a little Christmas outfit; slacks, dress shirt a red tie and vest. Once we got it on him he was transformed, he puffed up his check and went around to everyone sticking out his hand for a hand shake, saying in a deeper voice “Nice to meet you” this went on for a while nice to meet you followed by all of us giggling and more nice to meet you. This boy really makes everyone’s day bright! When he wasn’t cracking all of us up, Evan found time to fly a kite , rake leaves with day (a.k.a kick over dads leaf piles, lol) and take a few trips to the tool store. I can’t believe Dec 2nd marks his 3rd birthday. I’m a little torn on one hand I wish he would stay just like this forever on the other; I’m so excited to watch, and help, him grow :)

Until next month (or the next few days be I’m so late posting this lol)

We love you all
